Sorca is an accredited professional trustee. She is an actuary and pensions investment professional with 30 years’ experience in advisory, asset management and OCIO roles. Sorca has served as a Trustee and Investment Committee member of a multi-billion DC scheme representing over 40,000 members and currently holds roles in the charity and endowment sector.

Sorca has advised and managed pension schemes across the UK and Europe, encompassing DB, DC and CDC structures. Her work has covered journey planning and endgame management, cashflow and liquidity planning, as well as default design and choice architecture in DC. Most recently, Sorca oversaw strategy and risk governance for more than £150 billion in OCIO assets at a large asset manager.

Sorca has also served as a member of the PLSA (now Pensions UK) Policy Board, contributing to research and policy development for the pensions industry.
