Anna currently acts as a trustee director for a hybrid pension scheme sponsored by a multinational listed company.

Anna brings strong technical expertise alongside a collaborative, down-to-earth board style, supporting effective decision‑making and high‑quality governance. Her particular strengths include governance and operations, Master Trust oversight, and member experience and communications, with a consistent focus on delivering positive outcomes for members.

Before becoming a professional trustee, Anna spent 22 years in pensions consultancy, advising trustees and sponsors on strategic, operational and regulatory matters across a wide range of sectors.
