Wendy is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and has over 30 years’ experience in corporate pensions. She brings a strong customer-centric approach, shaped by her executive pensions experience at the UK’s two largest grocery retailers. She currently acts as a trustee of a DB/DC hybrid multi-billion pension scheme, along with various committee roles.

Wendy has been involved both trustee and corporate side in large multi-billion DB and DC schemes and enjoys resolving problems and managing change. She sits on various pensions industry forums and was on the Pensions Regulator’s large schemes group which developed guidance for improved ED&I on trustee boards. She has also been a trustee of Age UK Bedfordshire for eight years where she is Deputy Chair.
