Vicky is an experienced accredited professional pension trustee and business leader. She currently acts as trustee director on two multi-billion DB/DC hybrid pension arrangements where she chairs an Investment and Funding Committee and chairs a Pensions Committee. She also acts as Trustee Director on a large DC Master Trust.

Vicky is a pensions actuary by background with 10 years’ experience as a professional trustee and over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry. During her time as a trustee, Vicky has worked with a range of schemes, both DB and DC across a variety of different sectors supporting them on their individual journeys. Her roles have included co-trustee, chair of trustee and corporate sole trustee.
