We are a small firm established as a partnership in 2025 by Vicky Paramour, Venetia Trayhurn and Mike Jaffe and subsequently joined by Wendy Davis, Sorca Kelly-Scholte and Anna Eagles . We are wholly owned by our partners and purely focused on trustee services. We provide:

Our clients range in size from £300m to £5bn. We work with schemes sponsored by employers across a range of different industry sectors that include several household names.

Our clients include DB, CDC, DC and Hybrid schemes. We have extensive experience in helping clients with all aspects of the pension issues that they may face.

What to expect
when you appoint us

We believe good trusteeship is relationship driven. When you appoint Falcon Trustees, we will work with you to assign you a lead partner with the skills and experience that fit the needs of your scheme. Your lead partner will be the individual delivering trustee services, attending all of your trustee and committee meetings and will be your day to day point of contact.

Services

The Chair of Trustees leads the Board. They are responsible for ensuring good governance is in place, that the board works well together and that decision making is effective.

We believe in an inclusive approach to chairing ensuring that all voices are heard with an approach of seeking to build consensus wherever possible. We also believe that establishing and fostering a constructive working relationship with the sponsor and other stakeholders is key to success.

Our partners have extensive experience operating in this role with over half of our appointments being for Chair of Trustee.

Our partners have a wide range of skills and experience. As co-trustee we can help to broaden the knowledge and skillset of the trustee board, offering new ideas and fresh perspectives.

As co-trustee, we are there to support the chair, advise on best practice, provide constructive challenge where appropriate, assist with getting things done and assist with stakeholder management.

Our collaborative way of working means that our partners have access to experience on a wide range of pension schemes from different sectors facing a variety of different challenges – there are rarely any pension scheme issues that we haven’t come across before.

As well as permanent trustee appointments, we are happy to take on trustee, committee member and related roles on a temporary basis to help trustee boards navigate challenging issues. Some examples of where we can help include:

  • As a member of sub-committees to provide specific expertise in areas such as investment, risk, audit, administration and governance
  • To assist with decision making in relation to specific projects such as buy-ins and buy-outs
  • To assist with corporate transaction activity and funding negotiations
